Installation of a Commercial Kitchen Exhaust System (Canopy, Fan, and Duct) for a Restaurant Location: Lahr, Baden-Württemberg Project Description: I am looking for an experienced specialist company to install a commercial kitchen exhaust system for a new restaurant in Lahr. The system will be installed in a restaurant kitchen and must comply with German catering and ventilation ********* of Work: • Installation of a stainless steel extractor hood (canopy) above the cooking area • Installation of an exhaust fan (roof or external fan) • Assembly and installation of exhaust ducts • Routing of the exhaust duct from the kitchen area to the outside • Wall or roof penetration for the exhaust duct • Mounting and installation of the ventilation components • Connection of the fan • Ensuring that the system complies with applicable regulations Materials: The following materials are already provided: • Extractor hood / canopy • Exhaust fan • Ventilation ducts / ducts The contractor is to handle the installation, mounting, and assembly and provide any additional mounting materials that may be required. Building: • Commercial unit / Restaurant • Installation in the kitchen • Exhaust air must be vented to the outside
